Fulfillment by isklad is designed for both early-stage startups
and stores with fewer than 100 orders per month, as well as for the
largest e-commerce players on the market.
Individual sellers no longer need to pack orders at home or hire
warehouse staff. For large e-shops, we help convert fixed
logistics costs into variable ones — protecting their operations
from seasonal order fluctuations.
3PL (Third-Party Logistics), also known as fulfillment, involves outsourcing all logistics operations of an e-commerce store when shipping products to customers. This process includes:
Inbound goods receiving from your suppliers directly to our warehouse, replacing the need for your own storage.
Product storage until the moment a customer completes an order in your e-shop checkout.
Order picking and packing (pick & pack) into the appropriate box, with a shipping label containing the customer’s address.
Handover to the selected courier service, with delivery to the customer’s address, pickup point, or self-service locker.
Returns and claims management. isklad fulfillment is prepared to process returns within 14 days (or longer) and handle claims, with full status visibility in the EGON system.
Inventory overview. Always maintain an up-to-date view of your inventory, including products with expiring dates or serial numbers for electronics.
Fulfillment completely replaces your own warehouse, which often brings high fixed costs and financial risk during seasonal fluctuations. With isklad, logistics is no longer your concern, allowing you to focus on what really matters — product development, marketing, and customer support.

Our pricing depends on how much inventory you store with us and how many customer orders you receive. In months with lower sales, your costs automatically drop to a minimum.
With isklad, you can ship COD orders to 17 markets. Payments will be credited to you in euros at exchange rates better than your bank.
isklad has no minimum monthly order requirements. Oour fulfillment services are suitable for e-commerce businesses of any size—from startups to market leaders.
We charge only for the storage space you actually use. If your inventory sells out, your daily storage fee automatically drops to a minimum.
As soon as a customer places an order in your e-
shop, it begins processing immediately in our
fulfillment center. Simply connect your Shopify,

Thanks to Rocket Solutions robots, order picking is faster and more accurate. During peak periods, our fulfillment center operates 24/7.
